Simple, easy, healthy, delicious!
The secret to this one is in the Taco Seasoning(loaded with nutrients!).
Use this guide to prepare your own:
1 TBSP Chili powder
1/2 TSP Garlic powder
1/4 TSP Onion powder
1/4 TSP Crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 TSP Dried Oregano
1/2 TSP Paprika
1 1/2 TSP Ground Cumin
1 TSP Sea Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
(Mix it all together and store in an airtight container)
1 lbs Ground Beef(Grass-fed is best)
1 TBSP Coconut Oil
2 cups of Uncooked Rice
4-6 large Romaine Lettuce leaves
2-4 cups of Salsa
1 small handful of Cilantro
2-3 TBSP of Taco Seasoning
1) Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add coconut oil.
2) Brown the beef, sprinkle and stir in the Taco Seasoning. Add 1/2 cup water and let simmer until the water is absorbed.
3) Cook the rice using the directions on the bag.
4) Top with lettuce, salsa, cilantro and enjoy!
