1) EPA/DHA – the key components of omega-3 fats that make up the fatty tissue of the brain. Omega-3’s also play a major role in reducing inflammation in the body, helping to lubricate joints, improving heart function, protecting the brain from neurological issues like dementia and Alzheimer’s, and helping to enhance mood.  We can’t make these nutrients on our own so need to take them in!

2) Curcumin – the main active ingredient in the spice tumeric. Curcumin is a potent anti-inflammatory, reduces body aches and pains, improves heart function, prevents cognitive decline, and is also cancer protective.

3) Magnesium – is a key nutrient involved in over 400 reactions in the body. Reduces muscle aches and cramps, enhances recovery, improves digestion, reduces anxiety, benefits sleep, promotes healthy heart rhythm, and helps neurotransmitter function.
