Get lean, stay lean and start your day with a boost of energy by having this quick breakfast!

It takes less than 5 minutes to make  – you will be waiting in line at Tim Horton’s in the morning a lot longer to get something that’s going to do the exact opposite!  Making you tired and causing you to gain weight!

This balance of good quality protein and good fats will give your body clean fuel, give your brain energy, keep you feeling light, and it also sets your body on the path to burning fat for the day by stabilizing your blood sugar and your metabolic hormones.

  • 1 Burger (for good quality protein)
  • (We recommend using the “Free From – President’s Choice” brand because it is free of Hormones and Anti-Biotics. They have beef, bison, and chicken chicken burgers.  You could also use
    their beef or chicken Meatballs)
  • 1/2-1 cup of sliced Zucchini (for added nutrients)
  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted Pecans (for added protein and good fats)
  • 1 tbsp Hummus (for added protein and for flavour)
  • 1.5 tbsp non-flavoured Coconut oil (for added fat burning and to prevent cravings and hunger)
  • Chilli flakes – as desired (for added fat burning and for flavour
  1. Put 1 tbsp of Coconut oil into a medium pan on low-medium heat and add Burger.
  2. Cook 1 side for 2min, flip and shake on Chilli flakes. Cook for another 2min.
  3. Put 1/2 tbsp of Coconut oil into a medium pan on high heat. Add Zucchini and cook for 1min.
  4. Top the Burger with 1 tbsp Hummus and put Pecans and cooked Zucchini on the plate.
  5. Enjoy!

This is perfectly fine for you to have for breakfast each morning, but you should rotate your meat (beef, bison, chicken, etc), your veggie (zucchini, broccoli, peppers, cauliflower, spinach, etc), and your nuts (pecans, cashews, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds are ideal) for enjoyment and also to get a variety of nutrients and avoid developing any food sensitivities.
