- Put 1 tbsp of Coconut oil into a medium pan on low-medium heat and add Burger.
- Cook 1 side for 2min, flip and shake on Chilli flakes. Cook for another 2min.
- Put 1/2 tbsp of Coconut oil into a medium pan on high heat. Add Zucchini and cook for 1min.
- Top the Burger with 1 tbsp Hummus and put Pecans and cooked Zucchini on the plate.
This is perfectly fine for you to have for breakfast each morning, but you should rotate your meat (beef, bison, chicken, etc), your veggie (zucchini, broccoli, peppers, cauliflower, spinach, etc), and your nuts (pecans, cashews, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds are ideal) for enjoyment and also to get a variety of nutrients and avoid developing any food sensitivities.
