The Wet Sock Treatment is a classic form of hydrotherapy that uses enhanced circulation to help overcome cold/flu (e.g. sinus congestion, fever, fatigue, body aches/pains, headache)

Here’s how to do it:
1) Start with warm feet (e.g. after warm shower or bath)
2) Get thin cotton socks, soak them in cold water, and wring them out
3) Put on the thin wet socks
4) Cover the damp socks with dry wool socks
5) Climb into bed and sleep/rest

You’ll be surprised to wake up warm feet, less symptoms and feeling better:)
