We do a full assessment of all aspects of your health and performance to find key areas for improvement. We often recommend specific lab testing to get important details about the underlying causes of issues.

Based on all of the information we have collected, we create a Personalized Plan to correct and improve specific aspects to start getting you feeling and functioning better.

Correct

We are always aiming to get you to optimal, not average. Once we get your foundation for optimal health on track, we start optimizing. We compare how you are functioning and your lab test results to optimal - and guide you to get there.

Optimize

Here are some signs that you are NOT at optimal:

- Hard to get out of bed in the morning

- Sleeping, but don’t wake rested

- Energy crashes during the day

- Feeling bloated often

- Hard to fall asleep or stay asleep

- Can’t drop the weight or body fat

The body is one integrated system—not organs and body systems operating on their own, separate from each other. Issues happening in one body system carry over and affect other systems and chain reaction. Improvements in one system also carry over to improve other systems.

These are also the systems that many have issues with because of fast-paced living with many demands, endless to-do lists, many sources of stress, intense mental or physical strain, pressure to perform, poor food choices, inflammatory foods, unknown food sensitivities, lack of sleep, low quality of sleep, excess caffeine or stimulants, too much alcohol, not enough physical training or too intense training, certain medications, too many or the wrong supplements.
